Today was by far the hardest day for me. I thought after day 2 was pretty easy day 3 would be easier. I was wrong. My calves were hurting so bad and my left leg’s calf muscle was so tight I could hardly walk on it let alone jog.
Why are my calves hurting so bad? Is this normal? Is it my shoes? Not drinking enough water? Will it go away soon?
I am not looking forward to Week 2. As a matter of fact I’m wondering if I should do week 1 again. I don’t feel ready for week 2. Week 1 is still hard.
Remind me why I want to do this again?
