The Colors of Fall

I don’t like that it gets dark so early. It’s already affecting my mood and I’m craving more sun light.

The other evening I got this picture with the moon coming up as the sun was setting. The picture does not do it justice, it was lovely.

I am however enjoying the changing of the tree’s. They are gorgeous with their orange, yellow, brown and red colors. Our town has a lot of open land and every road you drive down is lined with beautiful trees. These are a few from my own yard.

This tree is in my neighbor’s backyard. She tells us that eventually there will be chicken and a chicken coop somewhere near this tree.

This tree is located right next to where the hammock is. I will miss the hammock this Winter.

Everyday as I drive the boys to school one of them comments on the beautiful trees. I’ll miss those full of leaves this Winter as well.  I suppose it’s safe to say I am not a huge fan of Winter. I prefer Fall and Spring. I guess we are never happy huh? Always wanting what we don’t have.

Beautiful shots! Summer was so awful I’m ready for snow! Lol. Not that I’ll really see much of that in Dallas. 😛
